The Frozen Factory was born from a simple idea: that a great dessert can turn an ordinary evening into something you remember. We set out to create a place where the ice cream is made by hand, the waffles come out warm, and the view does half the work.
Today we still churn every batch in-house, pile on more than fifteen toppings, and welcome everyone from first dates to family Sundays — all on the edge of the Copenhagen waterfront.
